Very rude, to be taking advantage of his lack of sight to get away with an act like that, but then, letting people think they can take advantage is exactly why Deucalion keeps his behaviour so limited.
That and that flashing red eyes at everyone might cause something of a stir. Even here, and he'd rather stick to how he usually deals with interacting with the general public, at least until he's settled.
