He's about a head taller than me with scruffy brown hair. I wish I had a photo of him...

[ She pauses, looking down at her very fairytale-esque dress. Not going to get much help here. ]

[he arches a brow at her, and he so badly wants to ask her why she's wearing a dress that makes her look like she's coming out of some very extravagant play, but he holds back. if he knew her, he probably would have asked about it by now.]

Doesn't ring any bells, either. And I dunno about you, but there are plenty of people here with brown hair that are taller than you.

[he motions to himself half-heartedly.]

[ Belle sighs, looking a little petulant and put out by it all before she shakes her head and straightens. ]

There might be another man - taller than me with brownish-silver hair, well-dressed in a suit with a cane. He might have a dagger with him? He's older than the both of us, as well, if that helps at all.

[the only person he's seen with a dagger is a woman he'd spoken to earlier -- blonde and pretty -- but not a man.]
