[A feast and entertainment were a poor and inappropriate response to a kidnapping. Javik wasn’t in the least bit placated, instead finding the whole affair as offensive as it was unacceptable. Getting dragged off in the middle of a firefight had been disorienting enough, and now he was surrounded by… he didn’t even have a word for most of them. Humans, certainly. The rest were foreign, assaulting his senses with their reeking scents and loud emotions.

He had to get out. Maybe not out of the Draubworld itself, but getting away from all these people, familiar species or not, was priority. He couldn’t see or sense Shepard or anyone else from the Normandy in here, though that didn’t stop him from looking. They’d been close together when he’d been taken, after all. If was alone, well, then that was that. It wouldn’t be the first time he’d been shoved into the unknown by himself.

Aiming for what looked like the exit, Javik shouldered his way past people when necessary. He kept his fists closed, avoiding making direct skin contact.]
