allison argent ⇏ teen wolf
this sounds more like a fantasy novel, or some kind of live version of an online role playing game. not real life. there's no way this can be real life. and yet when allison turns the corner of the corridor and finds tables full of food and drink and people, she freezes. she's got her ring-dagger in her hand and her grip tightens around it, but that's the extent of her movement.
and when she speaks, she doesn't realize it at first. thinks its an internal thought. ]
You can't be serious.

[Edmund's no stranger to being spirited away, but even he seems wary as he watches the feast from the sidelines. Before this, the only being he's known with this power is Aslan.]
The fae have always had a reputation for luring people into their court in folklore, but this is something different.

she tries not to look as surprised as she feels, though, taking a breath to resettle herself out of the shock. ]
How is this different?

[He makes a gesture at the feast, and its guests--people like Edmund and Allison, who have been stolen from their homes.]
I don't remember stepping into one, and neither do some of the people I've spoken to. I'm not an expert on the Fae, mind, but I don't recall this many disappearances happening all at once.

[ The Fae, in any world, rarely have a sense of humor. when they do it tends to fall somewhat flat. it's probable that even he forgot how to laugh before Bo stumbled into their world and hurled her indifference at their entire hierarchy right at all of their feet; something they had all desperately needed to hear.
Dyson doesn't know why he's mingling. hanging on the outskirts and winding into the crowds, checking on those that look like they're having a hard time adjusting. maybe it's the officer in him. the need to serve someone or something that's been drilled so far into him, despite identifying as a lone wolf for so long. he feels packless once more, but this makes him feel like he has a temporary purpose at least. she's an incredibly young woman with dark hair and a slight build. there isn't anyone out there in the world quite like Kenzi ( so vibrant ) but it's because of her that he focuses on the human and wants to aid her in some way. ] Serious enough to keep this party going for three days straight now.

her eyes go from him back to the party, looking over everyone talking and eating and enjoying themselves. ]
These people have been here three days? [ and then allison's eyes move back him, narrowed in question. ] Have you been here three days?

This is where the food and drinks are. [ he shrugs. can she blame them for coming back really? food, water, and simultaneously the one location where newcomers turn up. it's not the worst place for a stakeout. ]

[There hasn't been a face she's seen so far, that Usagi would say is a joking one. Usagi eyes the ring-dagger with wary eyes and lifts a hand subconsciously to land over her broach. She gets it, though, being on edge. The tension in her shoulders and back has been getting worse the longer she stays inside.
She gives Allison a sympathetic smile. ]
I think a lot of us are just as weirded out as you are.
