[ She would be bothered in most cases by turning up somewhere completely new, if Narnia hadn't done the very same thing to her. She very nearly thinks it's some strange dream, as she only last remembers being on deck with Caspian, but this does not look like a ship at all!

She's already wondering indeed where she has ended up, but that wonder has led her to a table of snacks and sweets. She can't help herself, popping a sweet in her mouth and she's sure it's chocolate. Maybe she should ask more questions, or question the strange little fairies she sees zipping about on occasion.

Or she could wander down a few corridors. Oh yes, a young girl's curiosity is perhaps too much! Maybe her brothers and sisters were here -- maybe they'd all end up here somehow, just like Narnia. Though this certainly didn't look like the inside of a wardrobe at all. ]

[Of course Lucy takes to the experience like a fish to water. Edmund cannot find it in him to be surprised at all. He does, however, watch with a grave expression--fairly out of place on an eleven year old's face, much to his chagrin--as his sister samples the food.]

Lucy. Are you certain it's safe?

[Peter isn't here now, so it's Edmund's turn to be the older brother.]

Edmund, it must be safe! Why, look at everyone else.

[ Lucy laughs a little bit and shrugs, but her smile only gets wider. ]

Do you think it's like Narnia, Edmund? I'm not even sure how we got here!

[And his frown only deepens in response.]

From what I gather, everyone else is just as new to the court as we are. They might never have heard the rules of the fae before this.

Oh, I didn't think about that, I guess.

[ She wrinkles her nose. ] Do you think the food will make me sick? What will it do then, Ed?

[ She blinks, suddenly realising that maybe she wasn't careful enough after all! ]

[hey have one older sister finding you and grabbing you in a hug]

Lucy! Thank goodness. You're-- [she pauses, noting her appearance for the first time] You look taller.

[ Lucy can do nothing but laugh and hug her sister when she hears that familiar voice. It makes her feel safe instantly and she clutches tightly to Susan. ]

Susan! [ She peers up at her sister, beaming quite happily, but then there is the height issue. Wait -- Susan looked a bit different, acted a bit different altogether than what she remembers. ] O-oh. Well, I suppose I am. I don't think Edmund will like it all, do you?

No, but I think it will do him some good.

[Lucy's memory is good enough to catch that Susan is wearing the same clothes she wore they left Narnia. The very last time Susan was in Narnia, actually]

He's here too, you know. And Peter must be here somewhere.... Don't you think?

[Lucy's always been better at the faith thing than her]

Yes, good. I think he needs that!

[ She smiles a little bit, but her memory is indeed good enough and she blinks. Gosh, what could Susan be thinking, feeling? To think one would never return to Narnia? And even Lucy has only just been brought here after going back to Narnia. ]

Surely, he is! Oh I hope so, I just... well, I'd be very sad if he wasn't!

Surely this place wouldn't bring the other three Narnian rulers of old without the High King.

[she says like a question. Lucy has the faith, Susan has the reason. She's asking for Lucy's faith]

[Oh, here's someone Caspian recognizes, even though she looks different - older - than the last time he saw her.]

[ Well. Someone she recognizes too, but... well, much younger than when she last saw him on the Dawn Treader. Oh, dear, is she going to be older than everyone? How strange! ]

Caspian! [ Lucy bounds forward to hug him, laughing. ] Why, I wonder who else is here!

[Caspian catches her in a hug, kind of amazed at how much older she looks]

It's wonderful to see you again, Lucy! Have you seen anyone else yet? I've seen Susan and Peter.

[He can breathe easier now, knowing his dear, youngest sister is all right. His intentions to swing her around in a hug are delayed by seeing her pop a sweet into her mouth.

It's just like Lucy, really. He's exasperated and fond all at once, worry furrowing his brow.]

Honestly, Lu! This is fairy food, we can't be certain if it's safe to eat.

[ She stops before she eats the food at all and blinks over to her brother. ]

Peter!] [ Fairy food dropped, she lunges at her brother and hugs him tightly. He seems shorter, or maybe she's taller? ] It all just looks so good, though!

[Thank goodness she dropped that. He doesn't want to think about the possible consequences otherwise.

He catches her with an oof!, staggering slightly from the unexpected lunge and weight. He can't help but laugh at her enthusiasm as he squeezes her tight. They have not been apart long, but oh, it is good to see her well in this foreign land!]

It does, doesn't it? Shame the fae made it. Maybe the stories don't apply here, but all the same, best to stay cautious for now.
