THE WATER FIGHT MEME

It's summer. It's fairy world. It's hot. No matter what world you're from, what court you're from, you need to cool down. The King and Queen of both courts have agreed to a truce and members of both courts, no matter where they previously were, will find themselves in a clearing in the middle of an unknown forest. There is a dais up that is warded that both sets of monarchs sit upon and a herald is brought forth to announce the terms:

Both courts will have ample supplies of both water balloons and water pistols.
There will be 'stations' where one can refill their supplies.
As tech does not work here, supplies will have to be refilled magically.
Reach a station and say aquius to refill your water guns and aquius arcus to get a refurbished supply of water balloons.
There is no reward or punishment for participating or not participating other than the fun involved in a water fight.
Participants are welcome to go after their opposing courts or members of their own courts.
Teams can consist of any/all court members.
The fight will last until dusk, when all parties will be allowed a short feast before being returned to their previous positions in the world.

That's it. Those are the rules. Make a top level comment and state whether you'd like to play one on one or in a team. Or both. Enjoy your day of rest, Drabwurld.

SANSA STARK » one on one. unless there's a team stark. then she's on it.

[ by mid-day, she's probably looking fairly (humiliatingly!) bedraggled from a number of opportunistic water-gunners. or just her sister. but otherwise she is slow on the uptake, a pitifully easy target, and at times seems to take the fight a little too literally -- cowering behind bushes or suddenly shouting her surrender. but once a truce is called, she cannot always be depended upon to honour her word. and she may yet be packing a little transparent pistol up one of those long sleeves.

she will be in better spirits come the feast! who could be upset with so much food? ]

Waver Velvet/Lord El-Melloi II

[Regardless if he's one on one or a part of a larger team, Waver's got his irritatingly long hair pulled back and swept into a bun, his usual red coat is gone, and he has somehow acquired an alarming amount of water balloons that he's attached to a belt.]

[anything goes. he might be on his own, he might be siding with friends or the other demigods, he might shoot a comrade in the back once it's turned. all is fair in a water fight, and this is the one arena where his loyalties can't be counted on.

for the most part, though, he's gonna be totally cheap and stay aloft, hovering high above and dropping water balloons on the heads of those least suspecting it. bombs away...]

Jon Snow | can be convinced to team up, but will default to playing dirty 1-on-1

Jon forsakes any and all water pistols. They're strange and unwieldy, and a lifetime in Winterfell winning (and losing, though you'll not hear him admit to that) snowball fights have trained him well to wield water balloons like fistfuls of snow, with a bit of unerring accuracy, and a complete lack of mercy. He's utterly soaked, himself, though how much of that was purposeful on his part to abate the oppressive heat is up for debate (all of it, he might insist, though that's hardly true.)

He can be found perched up on the sturdier branches of trees near the edges of the clearing, dropping water bombs down on the unsuspecting, or he might be camping behind bushes lamenting his lack of ability to construct a reliable snowfort for a shield, either way he spends the afternoon actually acting his age for once. Who knew all it took was some southron weather and a game that reminds him of childhood?

[ Don't ask why he's bitty okay, just accept it the mun couldn't persuade him to do this as a grownup but there is a teeny little elfling with Maglor's bright eyes sneaking around with a water balloon in his hands. ]
