General Appearance; As described by Xander, "Spike is strong and mysterious and sort of compact, but well muscled." In his former life, Spike was no one particularly remarkable. But as a vampire Spike carries a certain kind of confidence that comes across in the way he looks. He keeps his hair bleached to a platinum blonde which he keeps combed back. Among his more notable features are his pronounced cheekbones. His left eyebrow bears a scar that he gained from fighting his first Slayer. When going into full vampire mode, his face morphs into a more monstrous visage. This is his true demon face that is used when vampires feed on humans, as otherwise their fangs are hidden by their human faces. Of late, Spike does not use the face as often and generally prefers to keep it hidden, as he finds it ruins the mystery.
Physical Mannerisms; Spike is utterly confident and will walk into a room with a sort of smug expression like he knows he's the baddest person in the room. There's a predatory nature about him as he looks from one person to another like they might be his next meal. And so he carries himself like he's the toughest, most brazen jackass to be found. There's not much to be found in his demeanor that makes him seem friendly or in the mood for a good chat. This of course changes for those few he truly cares about, in which case he can be seen as gentle and understanding.
Verbal Mannerisms; He speaks in a crude working class North London accent that tends to be peppered with his favorite word: bloody. There's a predatory nature to the way he talks, as if he's always trying to get the better of someone. He's blunt and to the point, though not above sarcasm as it suits him. He's boastful and always fixing for a fight. He tends to give different names of affection to women as he talks to them such as 'nibblet', 'love', 'bird', and so on. He's otherwise very articulate and possesses a wider vocabulary than he generally demonstrates.
Fashion; Spike is a creature of darkness and so dresses accordingly. Aside from his bleached blonde hair, he tends to go with the fashion of the era. These days Spike can rarely be found outside his black, leather longcoat that acts as a kind of defining trait for him. Beneath he often wears darker colors, usually more black or sometimes red. In this fairy land his clothes are more period appropriate, though he hasn't rid himself of the coat.
