Looking for a little slice of home? The Station gives you all that and more. Take advantage of the wifi, have a cup of fairy-brewed coffee (the one they didn't spit in) or sit back and relax on the patio. You can even move your things into one of the available rooms!

[So much whining.]

I don't have my riding clothes. Or boots. Or the Dolce & Gabanna horse blanket Daddy got me. Also, horseback riding in a corset and leather pants?

[Um. No.]

Why is it so far away?

[She'll go, she just... Needs to work up the desire to actually go do it.]

[You're lucky he's used to your whining, Shar. Actually he's kind of grinning to himself. How sick is it that he almost missed that? It's almost like things are a little more normal now. He finally glances up from his map to look at the locket again.]

Either find new clothes, or stay there then. [A shrug.] I don't know, I didn't design the world. [He's not sure if this is going to work, but he pauses, just fixing her with a slightly sad look. He's not Sharpay by any longshot, but he's learned a trick or two.] You want to come find me, don't you?

The new clothes are so gross, though.

[Oh no. Not the puppy dog look. Crap.]

Fine. FINE.

[She snaps her fingers and mumbles something about a map and a pen before they appear beside her. She gives a dismissive wave before putting down the locket to draw her own lines on the map to mirror his own. Picking it back up she angles it so he can see the map.]

Does this look right?

Yeah, I know. We'll go on a shopping trip to the Station ASAP. [Actually he's learned to deal but let's not rattle her cage any more than he has to right now. There's a tiny smug grin though the moment he realizes he's won and he's just waiting, watching her order around some of the imps to get her a map. He's referring back to his own map before she holds up hers, squinting a little to see the lines she's drawn.]

I think so! Looks like mine, anyway. [Though that's assuming that his map is right.] I don't know what's outside of that castle though. It might not be a bad idea to...[You know. Ask for help. Find an escort/bodyguard. Something. He's actually wracking his brain for who he knows over in Caer Scima.] There's people coming in and out of the castles all the time. You might be able to hitch a ride with somebody else, too.

[Give him some credit, okay? He's working on the fly, he's never had to execute a rescue mission before.]

[Ugh. The one time she actually wants Fulton around and he's nowhere in sight. He could do all of this for her. With just a snap of her finger. Getting an bodyguard here would actually require talking to someone.

It was totally time to prove she could do something for herself. How else was she apparently gonna get anything done around here?]

I'll be fine.

[Maybe.]

I'm gonna pack up my things and I'll head over to the stables.

I'm serious, Shar. If you can find somebody to go with you because I've heard the imps aren't actually that helpful. [That's putting it mildly. Let's not talk about all of the crazy bullshit that happens in a place like this.]

Or just stay on the phone until you get there. Locket. Whatever. [He already has a handful with making sure Kelsi doesn't get herself killed, now he has to watch his sister, too? It's...not entirely unexpected, but it's a little nerve-wracking.]

[Ohmygod... She'd be more annoyed if she didn't think he was actually serious.]

I'll stay on the locket thing and if it looks dicey, I'll head back.

[Her tone is missing it's usual hoity-toityness as she starts to move through the hall. She keeps her head held high, ignoring all the weird crap she passes.]

Um, graduation. You?

Good call. [And he knows that she's actually listening to him this time which is a relief. The fact that she's not being arrogant right now definitely helps him breathe a little easier. He's already learned that lesson the hard way.

However, when she asks for information in return he just sort of a makes a 'ehhh' noise in return.]

...well when I got here the first time, it was still senior year. Kelsi and I had just finished putting together the prom number for the show. Then some weird stuff happened, I fell into some coma for a week or something and woke up at the bottom of a lake and I knew it was October back home. I mean it's not like I went anywhere or anything but it's kind of like that I guess because I gained about six months of new memories. [Ryan get to the point.]

I've been in New York for two months.
