[It would be helpful if he bothered to explain himself sometimes instead of speaking so shortly. But whether he actually understood her or just her gestures, he responds well.]

[Tink blanches at the mention of someone squashing her. Not only squashing her, but intentionally, from the sound of it. Getting up close and personal with a stranger still doesn't sound like the best option out there, but this guy at least seems friendly. She flutters a little closer to him without really thinking about it.
