[Well that sure was mistletoe. Merida has to stand on her tiptoes a little to reach Korra's mouth, hands coming up to hold onto the other girl's shirt and keep herself up.]

[ wow merida, you cute. but don't worry, korra's goona loop her arms around merida's frame and lift her off of her feet so that they're more even, and gently press her lips to the other girl's. ]

[A slight noise of protest comes from her throat as she's lifted, but she only squirms a little, returning the press of lips as she uses the new height to wrap her arms around Korra's shoulders, trusting her to keep her elevated.]

[ and keep her elevated korra does, holding perhaps a bit too tightly at the start as she wants to make sure she won't just let merida slip through her grasp. but with the kiss returned, korra pushes into it with a fair amount of insistence, slooowly letting merida's feet touch the ground again as she bends forward.

with that accomplished, she pulls her hands away from merida's body in order to thread them through the mass of curls about her face. ]

[She hums into the kiss as she feels fingers thread through her hair, leaning up on her tiptoes when she's put down again even as Korra meets her part way. Merida nips at Korra's bottom lip, mouth curling into a slight smirk as she pulled back a little, arms still around her shoulders.]

[You know what? You deserve a quick, sweet icy peck — which is adorably given on mutual ground as there is no need for stretching or decking with them being the same height.]

Wow, that wasn't even a nip.

[The response brings about a squinting of his eyes along with a signature smirk that lingers there even as he steps near her again, leaning in closer to nibble lightly at a mere corner of a her lip.]
