Tagging Habits: i try to boomerang once or twice a day, i welcome backtags and do them myself, i prefer brackets/present tense, but i can also work with prose/past as well!
RP preferences: (Do you prefer to plan things out or let the threads go where they may?) i'm a go with the flow type of person when it comes to planning threads out, but i totally understand that some threads require at least SOME planning, so i'm down, so long as it isn't extremely controlling of both the characters and the plot, otherwise it doesn't feel as natural to me.
A little bit about you:i write, i'm taking classes next semester (oh my god that's next week) in forensic psychology, i want to get into blood spatter analysis, i have 2 dogs and a cat, i plurk about dreams sometimes and maybe rl stuff from time to time but it's mostly rp-related. my fandoms areee...oh god there are so many. teen wolf, game of thrones, persona, american horror story, breaking bad, true detective, pacific rim, from dusk till dawn, assassin's creed, uHHHH I WONT GO ON BECAUSE THE LIST IS RIDICULOUS if u got questions just ask okok

Personality: ben is emotionally constipated (he even has a stiff walk, dear god), and has a strong sense of justice. he's not afraid to say it how it is, meaning he's quite blunt and that often comes off as rude. he's not a talker and has the conversational and social skills of a rock. or a cactus. he tends to overreact when he's upset or wronged. he's not a happy person and that often gets in the way of cr, especially since it takes a lot for him to reach out to others (even for simple conversation). after being here for so long tho he's starting to get a handle on just simple manners(?) but he still eats like he's in prison. he's very loyal and will stick up for the weak, no matter what. he's the type to say more with his expressions than his voice! also, he's got a heart of gold and is probably one of the gentlest people anyone will ever meet if they get past his grumpy exterior.

Current or future plans: the event this month! i am open to planning any sort of dream sharing as long as he has at least a FEW conversations with your character! because he isn't the type to actively seek out new people, it's sometimes a little difficult to have...plans with him. HOWEVER, if your character is the type to seek out new people, then maybe we can have some mutual dream sharing happen?
alternatively, i am always game for meet and greet logs :)
Catch-up: ohhhhh kay so! he helped saber & margaery re-bury bones, and during the hunt of the white hart he went out with hermione to be sure no one was hurt/to help those who WERE hurt, and received some books from home (yay). he attended the barrel party and kind of socialized, and he also helped heal yseult's eyesight, at the expense of both john and the surrounding area. he's still determined to find a way home and is growing increasingly frustrated with his inability to do so. he helps out where he can, though!
Desired CR: VERYTHING no i'm totally joking, no matter how tempting that is. i would love more negative cr, ben doesn't have enough of it. as hard as it is for him to make friends, he really needs them. he has very few that he can rely on in eachdraidh and that is a GIANT WEAKNESS. he needs to learn how to defend himself and fight, even if he hates doing it. i will always welcome positive cr, too :)

re: heading home and trying to find ways to do it. Waver's been trying to forestall the war in order to make more time to research possible. I don't know if that'd be enough to get him and Ben into contact, as Waver's a secretive little shit about his motivations, but maybe it'd be something to chew on for the long term?

BUT!!! yes hi hello. i'm totally game to try something out, but that doesn't mean it's not going to be difficult. ben's pretty antisocial as it is, and he'd have to believe that waver DEFINITELY knows something that he doesn't, and for that to happen, they'd have to interact on a more personal level, which is difficult for ben to begin with. if you're game for a bit of slow burn cr and an antisocial cactus, then i think we can certainly figure something out.

Personality: effy is the type of girl that knows she's attractive and uses it to her advantage. she's confident enough to know how to get what she wants. she's clever, smart, and has a knack for reading people, which plays into her abilities to manipulate others. not to say she's easy to get along with, because she's not; she isn't one for much conversation. despite that, she's a great listener, even if she doesn't care what someone is talking about. she pays attention to detail and deep down, she's a sweetheart who wants the best for her friends and will go out of her way to help them out, no matter how strange of a way it is (but will never admit her kindness. she usually starts it off as an exchange). she's an ice queen with a sassy attitude and would rather use sex and drugs than face her problems. SHE HAS A LOT OF PROBLEMS. she acts mysterious but she's just a damaged girl that doesn't know what she wants.

Current or future plans: for the future? effy's going to get dragged by javik on some quest and sHE'S GONNA HATE IT but at least she'll be up to something. she is also entering the drug trade slowly but surely and i have plans for her to join the midnight court at some point!
Catch-up: he went on a hunt for the white hart with junpei iori, promptly got attacked by bears and fucked off into the wilderness, only to get help from erik to point her in the right direction to caer scima. needless to say, she is never going anywhere with junpei ever again or participating in hunts. ever. she's been selling drugs here and there (she has cocaine now, wow) and is pretty bad at helping out with war in general but she's taken training lessons from the brucolac WHICH IS GREAT, by the way
Desired CR: she needs more friends and people to look out for her, especially since she's the type to look out for others but not herself. she needs some guidance, and i'm down for positive or negative influences over her. she's a very guarded person so she needs someone to just be around and maybe eventually become a very good friend/best friend? UMMMM i'd also be down for a friends w/ benefits kind of thing with her since ...that's what she likes to do..... but it has to be someone in her age range.
Shipping: yay if you mean she's going to use your character's body as an escape from thinking about reality. otherwise, she's shit with relationships and it's only going to go down hill and ruin everything
