The best accessory ever.
[She doesn't look mad. Punishing the imps would be like punishing servants.]
Those they serve shall answer for that. [Lowering Byka to the ground, she gives him a little nudge.] How do I contact them?
You should see his plug and play abilities. >>
Well he's just too much fun.
If they do not answer polite entreaties, there are other ways to gain their attention. [She has to figure out which button to push.] Sunflower?
[No, she will not smile (pictures relevant).]
Dragons do not jump; they fly.
He tries so hard.
[He just smiles wider at the question of the petname. Sorry, Dany, but Damon likes his petnames. You shall have many. So many. Oh god, keep a list.
And the smile she's trying to hide just encourages him.]
Maybe they do, but dragons aren't exactly in abundance here. I think there's one somewhere, but there are more trolls and bandersnitches and unicorns here than dragons. So maybe girls who aren't dragons should just be happy they can do anything at all.
Keep tryharding, Damon.
Like she doesn't have enough nicknames already.]
One...? [She knows where to set her sights.] I am not a mere girl. I am Daenerys Stormborn Targaryen, Queen of the Andals and the Rhoynar and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains, Queen of Meereen and Princess of Dragonstone. The blood of Dragons runs in my veins.
It's what he does second best.
[Then came the titles and the ire and the flashing eyes. It was a good look on her.
Very impressive.
[He didn't look impressed. He looked amused.]
I hope you realize that means about jack squat here. Right now, you're just a kidnapped little kitten like everyone else, brought here to fight a war for the fairies. There are plenty here who are girls and not mere girls and elves and fairies and... well, other things.
[He smiled, thinking of himself and all the other non-human creatures.]
So unless your dragon blood lets you breathe fire...
Is flirting his best skill?
I fear no one and I shall prove myself worthy of many names to come. [Which isn't the point, but it will do.] Breathe it, no.
[Grabbing a candle, she puts her hand into the flame and holds it there.]
Withstand it, yes.
... Well, it begins with 'f' and ends with 'ing'...
[Since they were sharing...
Fangs dropped and his eyes darkened to red, the blue standing out starkly. And he gave her a toothy grin.]
Any others you're hiding up your sleeves?
Fanging? :D ...amIrite?
What is it you crave, ser? [With teeth like that...] I am a woman of many talents.
[Ruling, in the bedroom, ruling in the bedroom...]
/facepalm No, Dany...
[His eyes slipped to the tumble of hair and, yes, he liked the way that looked. Damon was easily distracted by the fairer sexy and promises of... other things. And he'd been here long enough that those other things were barking at him to be seen to.]
Darn I was one letter off.
Oh, you sweet summer child.
[He spread the locket around, showing the pavilion he was set up in. It might be nicely furbished, but it was still a tent.]
Construction is a bitch.
Nothing like those heat-waves~
Worthy of one with Targaryen blood. [The wine is sweet - she has had some sent to her room - and there is a fire crackling merrily in her grate.] I do hope you won't get lost.
[Her room - or, rather, rooms - are situated high in the castle where she can clearly see the sky.]
Oh, he's got something hot for you, Dany. >>
[That should give him enough time to use the fairy ring, stop by his quarters and clean up, then meet her at hers.]
She appreciates all forms of heat.
[For his benefit, she raises a glass of it, letting the fire pick up the different hues.]
The color reminds me of Arbor Gold.
Ooh la la
[No, just crappy flasks of scotch. That's not what he'd asked for, fairies.]

[Wine was okay, but he preferred stronger spirits. It helped keep that other thirst tucked away and manageable.]
See you in an hour, Dragon Lady.

[She isn't afraid to try something new.]
Do not dally.

Now, he just had to get to the ring, the palace, then to his quarters to clean up and hope his leg wasn't being pulled. Not that he wouldn't take advantage of being at the castle if it was, but... a man had needs, okay? No teasies.]

Tonight, she plans on drinking her fill until she feels freed of her burdens and then she will make good use of his...generosity. Won't it be nice to ease some tension?]

Just under an hour later, he'll be knocking at her door, holding a single white rose and dressed in his own clothes from home, which she might find a bit odd.]
I hope you're hungry.
[He had a hand behind his back. Guess what was in it?]
no subject
What are you hiding? [Stepping back, she allows him into the room, smirking.]
no subject
But he steps in, then pulls out the little tray he'd been hiding, a small assortment of little tarts and cakes on it.]
I've yet to meet a woman that doesn't find something sweet to her taste.
no subject
Well played. [She shuts the door and makes sure it is barred before walking back to the fireplace.]
I do have a question before we relax.
