Feeling a bit down with the war looming ahead of you? What better way to raise some money for the cause than by bidding what you have on a lovely Bachelor or Bachelorette of your dreams?

It seems almost a sacrilege really that the auction has gone on this long and one of the Drabwurld's most elusive and at the same time coveted bachelors has gone thus far unmentioned.

[Is Faolan surprised that no one has mentioned Lancelot so far? Of course, given the number of people mooning after him on a regular basis, man and woman alike, and the complete and utter disregard the other man pays them at the same time. Is he about to take the something of the piss with this offer, given the opportunity and the fact that Lancelot has already mentioned him himself? You'd better believe it.]

I am speaking, of course, my dear fellows, of none other than Sir Lancelot du Lac, Seelie Marshall of Caer Glaem, Knight of the Golden Cadre, Hartslayer, and heartbreaker. Regularly found giving heroic addresses to the Seelie court or out in the field rescuing puppies from wells, no doubt, among other things. He is a good man, with a heart of a gold and a face that could no doubt melt butter if given half the chance, favored by the Seelie Queen herself, but overworked and desperately in need of a night off and time spent away from the job for a change.

A few words to the wise, however. Whatever your plans, I'd be careful with the wine if I were you - he's got a low tolerance for such things, and not in a pleasant way. And be sure you treat him well and be mindful of his sensitivities; there are a great many here who will be after you if you don't. I've heard his hound in particular has a nasty bite. [Hurhurhur]
