Timeskip CR Meme
While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

As a note, please remember the following:
- There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.
- Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.
- Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.
- Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.
- Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.
- Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

Character: Cullen Rutherford
Series: Dragon Age: Inquisition

Current Location: The Station, but heading back to the Cothromach
Planned Travel: All over the place. DEFINITELY Treun, Caer Glaem, and generally exploring the world
General overview of recent events: Cullen recently arrived in the Drabwurld, where all hell broke loose. After aiding in the evacuations of Caer Glaem (where he saved Hermione Granger), he warned Lady Keeper Sansa Stark about an impending Jabberwhelp attack. From there, he went to the Station and discovered that his best friend/direct superior is on the wrong side of the battle so fun times all around.

Who are your character's known associates/friends/enemies?: The Inquisitor, Sera, and various people from Thedas who he might be on so-so terms with. He also recently helped various people in the seelie court (Hermione and Sansa most significantly) so hello new allies!
What notable events has my character been a part of?: Mostly just the various Jabberwhelp attacks, since he's only been around for two weeks.
What can other characters easily ICly learn about your character?: He used to be a Commander of the Inquisition's (sorta a NGO organization medieval style) Forces, was a former Knight-Captain (and acting Knight-Commander) of the Templar Order, which was devoted to fighting off dangerous magic, and he's rather fond of chess.
Also flirting with him is a guaranteed way to make him insta-awkward)What information is limited to specific CR?: He's had a pretty rough past involving torture at the hands of blood mages which he is pretty much NEVER going to speak to anyone about unless he really REALLY trusts them and even then, he'd only be vague. As a former templar, he also was addicted to a magical substance called "lyrium", but that's less of an issue here since he's only got one vial floating around and he'll be giving that away soon. He also used to REALLY dislike mages, and turned a blind eye to a lot of his former Knight-Commander's less than savoury actions, but he's working on moving past his issues in that regard.
What information is my character willing to share/can be readily discovered if another works to uncover it?: He's got one vial of lyrium on hand (having used the other to regrettably augment his powers during the Jabberwhelp attack), that he's probably sharing with Hermione. He can also teach basic techniques for resisting magic and disarming mages, but they won't be AS effective without lyrium.

sad ptsd fistbumpTarz himself used the be in a similar mindset; he didn't battle for his court, but lived away, made a living as an artificer.
Then his family was horrifically killed in a slaughter of civilians despite a treaty with Unseelie at the time to prevent war-horrors like that. He put on armour and never looked back.

Ideally, I would like to get him involved in the Seelie Court/chain of command, if only for him to feel like he has a chance to do right where he messed up in his own canon. It would be a really interesting thing to explore, ESPECIALLY with where he currently is with his development.

IT'S ACTUALLY REALLY HILARIOUS HOW NICELY FATE/ MAGES AND TEVINTER MAGES MATCH UP IN TERMS OF SOCIETY. Tevinter is more or less what would happen if they could act in public rather than hide undergroundno subject
