Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

What can other characters easily ICly learn about your character?: She has a cult because of the time she accidentally turned into a shadow monster. She's an Unseelie baroness with a spire and her own manor. Her wolf is one of Morla's.

So, hello! Lucy is still relatively new to what's been happening, I thought that CR with Ariadne, even if it's just an initial encounter could be a good way to branch her out a bit more!

other than Clarke living near the third spire + getting help with her hopeless idea of what interior decorating consists of, I totally would love more CR between these two! Clarke's going to be helping Saber set up clinics at the various spires around unseelie territory, so Clarke will be invading the third spire for that as well u///u

I'VE WANTED TO SHARE THIS EVER SINCE I FOUND OUT.

So I was going through the side games that involve the Magic Guild for classes/magical abilities Lemina can teach and get this. Construction magic is actually a thing. It obviously mostly uses earth magic but it's a legit thing.

So yeah Ariadne how about a little magic lesson.

Hey there! After their chat on the lockets, Jason will want to help out Ariadne, and he didn't offer her a favor lightly. She's a woman who's been used/taken advantage of, so it's hit a lot of his canon buttons (seeing women hurt that way is what tipped him over into killing and abandoning Batman's Way). So, while he'll help her maim Faolan, he'll help her in general.

Additionally, as she's an in to the Midnight Court, Jason is after a Seelie who participates in that. This is not a "known" character, as in, none of the characters would really know of him, but he's been around for a while. And when I say "after" I mean "he wants to kill the dude," so yes.

So Billy might just start hanging around Spire 3 sometimes and just doing things for Ariadne. He's decided that she's good people and he likes feeling useful.
