Timeskip CR Meme

While similar to the CR meme in some ways, the fields within the text area below are meant to facilitate planning and plotting so that by the time the CR meme rolls around everyone has a much clearer idea of what all has been happening and in what direction they are heading, especially as the timeskip looms large on the horizon.

Should you need it, you can always refer to the re-posted Timeskip Calendar for ideas! Characters have already been starting up businesses (coffee shops, playhouses, a P.I. office, even a business selling non-locket network devices!) so be sure to check it out!

If you intend to opt out of the timeskip, please PM the mod account with the dates/nature of your opt out!

As a note, please remember the following:

• There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.


• Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.


• Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.


• Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.


• Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.


• Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

SO UHM FARRAH TOLD ME TO ASK BECAUSE I'M SHY HI. but like. would you want to so some quest help with me in June while he's in Treun? Emil has a quest in Treun and he's doing it in stages and having difficulties and he's actually probably ask if Gil would help him because Treun people are all self-sufficient and don't need anyone but Gil is charismatic so maybe he knows how to talk to people is Emil logic.

WELL he needs to stop anti-shardbearer sentiments and he has all!! these!!! ideas!!! most of which won't work so he'll be trying to figure out what exactly the people want. Which is why yes he's willing to beg a little for Gil's help even if Aster is going to kill him later for it.

Considering Gil canonically rocks an A+ rank charisma, I think he might be able to be of some assistance here.

I assume Emil will be in Treun around that time, then? I can have Gil pass by and we can wing it from there.

Yep he will since Aster is entering the Tourney, Emil will be taking the chance to try to help more. Should we set up a thread or something?

Sorry for the delay, and yes this definitely works!! I don't know if I'll ever quite shake this newbieness so you may have to handhold me a little through any NPCing/questing proper, but I'm more than happy to assist. Your page or mine works, since we both have similar setups going on.
