[Really now; he's no master of subtlety himself, but trying as hard as this girl is does nothing but draw more attention.

That said, he doesn't intend on admonishing her for it or something. That'd be silly. He's more concerned over the fact she's behaving this way to begin with; nervous on a first day or something? Possible. May as well try and do something about that, the best he can.
