It's going to be a lot more difficult if someone from the Unseelie army learns what I'm doing. They'll kill my birds. I already got Aubri terribly hurt and I'm not doing it again.

I don't know and it doesn't matter if he could. He controls a legion and doesn't need a reason to have them beat you bloody. Anyway that's not the only place I've got ears and I'm not taking any more risks than I already am. Any sham I put up can get poked through and I don't want to have to keep lies sorted because what I'm doing is hard enough.

I appreciate the concern, kid, but I knew risks that came with the work when I started it. And between my brother, Korra, and me, we've faced down worse than a legion.

Don't ever call me kid again. There's no call to patronize me. I don't care what you've faced down, I'm not going to be responsible for you or stumble over myself keeping track of all the lies I start telling. Anyway I'd have to come up with an entirely different reason for why I know other things, and pretty soon everyone is going to realize I do know things and it won't take them long to think of how. It's best if no one knows I know anything at all.
