Ganondorf has rationalized Morla as being a kind of goddess at this point. Not like THE goddesses, because Hyrule theology contains many different tiers of gods, but definitely something more than human. In this sense he finds it easier to work on her behalf as a kind of patron warrior. Though he derives no joy from having to serve someone else, he certainly finds her easier to work with than most. He does rather enjoy being rewarded, as well. And yes, he would probably consider a political marriage with her if it meant controlling the Drabworld. (Romantic, I know!)
Ganondorf finds Lancelot the ideal kind of soldier, because in the end he doesn't really have any ambition except to die gloriously. Ganondorf hopes to keep that from ever happening, because Lancelot is expendable. That said, Ganondorf is well aware that one day he is exactly the adversary Lancelot is looking for and will have to put the knight down himself. So he's keeping an extra eye out on him and learning what he knows about the knight, including how he fights. But for now he would rather convince Lancelot to find a greater purpose than oblivion so that unfortunate arrangement never has to occur.
Grell holds a high esteem to Ganondorf, because she is a very pragmatic person who isn't afraid to do something shady to accomplish their goal. She proved that in their first conversation when they casually discussed assassinating Waver! Like anyone capable, that means she's someone Ganondorf has to keep an eye on because he really doesn't trust anyone which is the natural paranoia that comes with power. But in light of Celegorm's failure, Grell is certainly Ganondorf's number one go to person when it comes to the big stuff.
Also she has perfect hair. She should've been a Gerudo. :|
but being a gerudo means calling ganon her king and that's like naaaahhhhh
really though it's great to know they occupy more or less the same space to each other of "can totally be trusted with the important things but keep your eye on them."
So far Ganondorf hasn't yet decided how he feels about the Brucolac. He handled himself well enough with Alyosha, but he presented himself as something of a loose cannon as well. His flippancy and seeming arrogance did little to impress them in their first meeting. But all said he can certainly see he's capable, which is something. He's reserving judgement to see where his loyalties will lie once this dragon business is done.
It would be inaccurate to say Ganondorf is fond of Ariadne insomuch as he's not fond of anyone but sheer power. But Ariadne is one of his own and that means something. He recognizes she has a skill set that is of use and hey, he likes useful people! He doesn't like that she stood up to him and mouthed off to him, but he can respect the fact she did. Plus she came back to him for advice anyway, so there's that. He just wants her on the team and to build him a giant evil tower from which he can watch everyone and do evil things like play his piano and feed people to his giant bird.
As for John: The dude tried to put an arrow in Ganondorf's head. THAT'S THE HEAD HE LIVES IN. He's pretty willing to casually murder anyone if he has to, but John gets special priority now. Congrats.
He thinks she's a very nice and interesting wolf. Certainly better than the one that's been a pain in his side recently. He also feels vaguely uncomfortable with the fact said wolf seemed to be flirting with him. :|
He'd be very intrigued to know she's a goddess though.

His new endeavor is to do what he can to aid the Unseelie in wiping Caer Glaem off the face of the map. :)

I hope they get to interact more sometime before too much longer, yeah! I've got to get her over to Unseelie turf to check things out.
