Empress!
So far he has good impressions of Artemis! Sure, she won't give him her name, but it really doesn't matter to him that much. He can understand the reluctance considering this is a war where they are expected to kill each other.
That said, he wouldn't mind getting to know her better and really has zero intention of fighting her just because she's Unseelie- he can only hope she feels the same.
Also he might ship her and Wally because he's a shipper like that.

no don't ship her and wally that'll just make her mad because wally's not here to take out her frustrations on.
it's complicated
BUT, artemis feels pretty much the same about zelos, tbh. she's playing on the seelie side even though she was sorted into the loser pile, and she's going to prove to them that she's got a hero's heart, which includes no killing!!!

okay no, korra's actual feelings about tarrlok are pretty complicated right off the bat, which is why she's trying to hide it by just relying on being snappish and sarcastic so that she doesn't have to think about why it's complicated. it's easy at the start to remember that tarrlok bloodbent and kidnapped her, especially with redgate at the forefront of her head, but if she took the time to think about it for more than just a second she'd feel... really bad for him since he's from a point where he doesn't have his bending, and because she knows the truth about his background. and since she knows what it's like to be completely stripped of her bending ability and how hopeless she felt at the time, she feels a great deal of sympathy for him. and she really doesn't like that because it's easier to be mad as hell than learn to look past it.
knowing what she does know about tarrlok doesn't excuse what he did and she'll probably never forgive him, but she'll at least get to a point where working with tarrlok won't make her want to murder puppies.
and if we're being REALLY ambitious, they can develop to a point where korra begrudgingly respects him either for his persuasive manner or because he's really not the worst monster she's faced or simply because he's water tribe. and water tribe means family.
