Ganondorf Dragmire
Height; 7'6
Weight; Over 500 lbs

General Appearance; Ganondorf is a curious looking man with a distinctive appearance. He towers over all others at an incredible seven and a half feet. His powerfully built, though it usually found in heavy armor that disguises his thick muscular frame. His skin is an olive green that is a stark contrast to his fiery orange hair and beard. His hair, normally very long, is typically kept in place by an elaborate headpiece that serves as his crown. His eyes are a bright, golden color. Completing his strange appearance are his slanted ears that have been altered by his use of the Triforce of Power. He also possesses a scar from the front of his chest to the back of his spine. It glows with an unnatural white light, though his armor is now used to disguise it.

Physical Mannerisms; Ganondorf carries himself like a king should. His back is always straight and he only lowers his chin if he needs to look down to address somebody. An entirely patient man, he takes his time going from one place to another, though his long strides might mean others have to hurry after him. In combat, his movements are quick and precise. Rarely can he ever be found in a relaxed state except if positioned in a place of power, such as a throne or the head of a table. In a word, he appears stiff.

Verbal Mannerisms; Much like his physical mannerisms, Ganondorf speaks in very precise terms in a deep and commanding tone. Though his conversational tone is not loud, he can speak loud enough to be heard over a crowded and noisy hall. He is articulate and very formal, preferring to use titles when appropriate. There is a certain arrogance to his tone and even when addressing others of equal or superior stature, he will not use terms that suggest humility (such as 'my lord' or 'your grace'). Those not worthy of his respect are generally not addressed by name, regardless of whether he has learned their name or not.

Fashion; His appearance is a man who places great pride in his appearance. His beard is carefully trimmed and along with his thick eyebrows, they frame his face in an almost lion like appearance. he wears a jewel on his forehead, as is traditional among the Gerudo. His hair carefully framed by a headpiece that protects the back of his head. His armor, black and brown, is of exceptional quality and fit for a king. He is as vain as he is evil.

Etc; He enjoys a good laugh, His long beautiful hair

Lancelot

Height; 5ft 11 / 182cm
Weight; ~79 kg / ~174lbs

General Appearance;
Lancelot has the incredible good fortune of being played by Santiago Cabrera, who just so happens to be disgustingly good looking. He has mid-length dark brown hair, shorter than in the first season when it was something of a mop (but still long enough to enjoy running your fingers through, at least I would), and kind brown eyes to match. Lancelot is not the most muscular of the knights, that would be Percival, but he is still someone who runs around Camelot daily and swings a sword for a living. He's lean but definitely strong. He has varying levels of artistic stubble, depending on his mood, a little heavier on his top lip. Considering his lifestyle, he probably has a few scars but nothing is notable or visible. Every time he gets a face cut it is carefully angled to only seem rugged and mysteriously vanishes later thanks to TV magic.

Physical Mannerisms;
Lancelot is a terrible easygoing person, and it shows. He has an easy confidence about him day to day, and even when he's nervous or stressed it rarely breaks. He might become a little more tense, a little more determined, but he doesn't reveal weakness easily -- often because he's rarely willing to dignify it with the concept it might win (and for the sake of others). Lancelot is someone who has been through a lot of pain and overcome it, so he has learnt a kind of determined optimism. He's quick with a smile to reassure people, an easy shrug at a joke or an eyebrow raise in surprise but he has no outwardly major tics other than the tendency to dart his eyes away a little self-consciously while in the middle of deflecting a compliment or trying to negotiate something awkward. Lancelot sometimes smiles a little out of nerves, too, also from... awkwardness. He has a playful sense of humour, and might shoot someone a private smirk if they're both amused by something even if he tries to play off that it isn't funny at all later. He's surprisingly good at the innocent look for someone who wears his emotions fairly openly most of the time.

Verbal Mannerisms;
Lancelot has a sort of soft, mid pitched tone. He's of the generic, gentle English accent and rarely raises his voice too much if he can help it -- preferring to pitch more for intensity than shout. As a rule, he's not wildly animated in his speech patterns -- they might drop low for a private conversation and pitch a little higher when caught off guard but as he tends to be even tempered so his tone follows.

Fashion;
Lancelot comes from a village. This is an important point, because the first time we see him he is dressed in his own clothes rather than uniform. Every other time, basically, he is dressed for battle. He's not at all vain, however, if you take into account how casual his original outfit is, but I think it's fair to say he's proud enough to take care of his uniform since he was so pleased to earn the right to wear it. I can imagine him being very careful over it, and I imagine he stays the same in Caer Glaem because it is a link back to home he does not want to lose.

Etc; If you want to hear his voice and witness proof of how quick EVERYONE IS TO RANDOMLY ADORE HIM and how quick he is to trust... random... spirits... for no reason other than 'they seem nice! and glow!'

Gendry Waters
Height; About 6'3 or taller. This is based on his book appearance, rather than his actor.
Weight; Over 200 lbs, most of it muscle

General Appearance; The Baratheon family is noted for being big and burly, with coal black hair and ice blue eyes. Although a bastard, Gendry is the spitting image of Robert in his youth. It’s noticed by Stannis, Jon Arryn, and Ned Stark. Even Brienne of Tarth notices a resemblance to Renly, Robert’s little brother, who also looks remarkably like Robert. Gendry is strong and extremely muscular due to a lifetime of smithing. He’s solidly built, with his right arm being noticeably thicker than the left. Like his father, he’s considered big. At fifteen he looked big enough to be a grown man and at eighteen, it’s likely he’s near as tall as his father was, who stood at 6’6. He keeps his hair cut short and doesn't let his facial hair grow beyond stubble.

Physical Mannerisms; Typically Gendry does little to carry himself well. Though slouched, he never looks lazy but rather someone who is simply tired and taking a well earned rest. His attitude is generally of a suspicious nature and his eyes are always looking around for trouble. In the presence of highborns, especially women, he'll try to make an effort to stand straighter. In moments where he's armored, he tries to emulate knights with a rigid spine and focused attention.

Verbal Mannerisms; Tinted with an accent reminiscent of working class British, Gendry sounds every bit a commoner, even when he's trying not to. His grammar is imprecise and sloppy and of ten uses informal contractions and sloppy word choices. Although not entirely unintelligent sounding, his speech is certainly a product of where he's from. His crude language tends to make constant use of foul language, though he'll sometimes censor himself depending on the company he's in.

Fashion; No fashion at all. Though he has much finer clothes available to him now, Gendry prefers to wear familiar black and brown colors. A leather vest and rough spun tunic are generally sufficient for him. His clothes are typically faded from long use and more often than not dirty because of how infrequently he washes. On occasion that he can be persuaded to dress formally, he favors black and gold colors as befitting the Baratheon family.

Etc; Gendry's thoughts on nobility

Waver Velvet, Lord El-Melloi II
Height; Five foot ten (thanks official Type Moon Wiki!)
Weight; 50kg (again, thanks canon, although that seems super underweight for his height)
General Appearance; Officially, it’s like this. While the Drabwurld’s got Waver sometimes changing of of the suit for a grey and black equivalent, the coat and scarf are a constant, as well as his hair's length. Waver's hair length is less about vanity though, and more about the fact that extra power for his magecraft can be stored in hair in-canon. As a not powerful spellcaster, the little boost helps a lot. It also helps him overcome the fact that he is a twig. You could probably mistake him for an unhappy tree, and you wouldn’t be wrong.
Physical Mannerisms; Twig he may be, but Waver’s a twig that walks with confidence and authority - even if his face belongs in the grumpy cat repertoire. He’s found that, among magi, the wisdom of look the part, be the part applies and he uses it whenever he can. Especially now, when the authority Waver carries with his title doesn’t exist.
Verbal Mannerisms; Waver switches between accents, depending. Being a part of the magecraft community, and a Lord within it, he will employ the post/received pronunciation accent when it is pertinent to do so. That means in the Drabwurld, he uses it constantly - unless he’s around a select few people who he trusts. When in less demanding company, his natural estuary accent slips out.

Being a professor, Waver’s education shows. He takes pains, however, to avoid purple prose - promising not to be long winded is something he just can’t guarantee. When he’s brainstorming around others, his speech - usually delivered at a medium pace - changes to almost too-rapid-to-follow. It’s a pain in the ass to deal with, really.
Fashion; Waver, in private isn’t half as meticulously dressed as he’d suggest. As Lord El-Melloi II, he must look and act a certain way. That means being aware of his appearance - he’ll fiddle with that scarf and coat before meetings begin - and knowing what’s expected of him before he even walks in a room. The chance to sit around in PJs is rare, and honestly welcome. So, you know, never happening in the Drabwurld.
Etc; If you don't know what tiny Waver looks like here's him, dressing like he's a Hogwarts student.

Cassie Sandsmark | Wonder Girl

Height; 5'4"
Weight; 130lbs.

General Appearance;
Cassie has an athletic build, that much is immediately apparent when she's not wearing sleeved shirts. She has no distinguishing features like visible birthmarks or scars and she has a clean complexion for a teenager, from an extremely healthy lifestyle and diet. She's not hulked out, but she has obvious toning everywhere, and a majority of it is in her upper body from her additional weapons training.

Physical Mannerisms;
Oh boy, sorry for the TL;DR. Confidence is the name of the game. I wouldn't go as far as to say that there's a swagger in her walk, but she's self-assured of her own abilities. She won't be found standing around tensed up waiting to get attacked, or ignoring everything going on around her either. What you end up with is a sort of relaxed, "whatever happens happens and I'll handle it when it happens" kind of projection in her stance. She doesn't walk with any sort of slouch but her posture when sitting isn't exactly great. Prone to getting a little restless she's the type of person that would lean back and balance on the legs of her chair or absently tap her pencil eraser on the desk or against her head while she's reading, studying, or thinking. She uses her hands a little when she's telling a story or talking but usually her mouth does most of the work. If she gets angry enough her preference is to go work it off physically, go someplace where she can do some damage without worrying about the consequences. Otherwise there HAVE been rare occasions where her temper might've gotten the best of her and she put a couch through a wall- I mean what? When it comes to watching others in action (like TV or movies or sports events) she's an active spectator, not afraid to pump her fists or jump around when she's excited while watching something. She's spent months training with Wonder Woman, learning how to cut the excess from her fighting stance but she's also young still and more aggression than grace at the moment. While there is some finesse in her motions it's more subtle, and she puts her full weight into most of her attacks. Think smooth but firm, and flair. In a fight she still expends a little more energy than necessary, except for maybe when fighting much weaker opponents. Her lasso work probably demonstrates both of these traits the best, as it's almost all about the hands and wrists. Last, flying: now that she does with grace.

Verbal Mannerisms;
There isn't anything really particular about Cassie's voice, it's somewhere in the first alto range and she talks kind of loud. Not CAPSLOCK YELLING loud but you could definitely pick her out in a crowd if you're within a five foot radius of her. She speaks clearly most of the time but when she gets really excited she might be prone to more stuttering and even resorting to making sound effects. She also talks faster and her voice gets a little higher when excited! When she gets angry her voice deepens a little, takes on a rougher quality, but she'll resort to sarcasm before she starts yelling unless you REALLY work her up and piss her off.

Fashion;
Sporty things, definitely sporty things. And casual things. Cassie doesn't really get along with dresses and skirts, or blouses and slacks. Her preference is in the athletic and casual. Jeans, long sleeve baseball tees, hoodies, maybe t-shirts with cut off sleeves. She likes to keep it simple, really. Her uniform are a pair of track pants, low top running shoes, and a sleeveless black shirt. None of her clothing hides her physique, that should be made clear! She's not in the least ashamed of her body. Her dislike of dresses and skirts is mostly because she feels like she wasn't really made for them- though she'd have no objection if the style was right, say... maybe something Amazonian, or Greek?

Etc; You can see a little bit of all of the above right here! See for yourself.

Luke Castellan

Height; 6'1"

Weight; Probably close to 200lbs.

General Appearance; Luke's pretty attractive. With sandy blonde hair, bright blue eyes, a pale complexion, and a well-built physique, the 6'1" looks like the stereotypical college guy.

It's important to note he wears his hair messily, as he had once worn it slicked back during his days of being Kronos' Bitch; his hair is thick and wild, never quite capable of being tamed. After years of training at Camp Half-Blood, and pushing himself to meet a specific physical standard, Luke is built. His hands are rough from handling swords for a good portion of his life.

The one ugly thing marring Luke's appearance is a thick, pale scar over his right eye.

When shirtless, beneath his left arm is a small scar. On both ankles, on either side, is a small, black tattoo of wings, similar to the ones found on his converse shoes. On the inside of his right wrist is a small, black tattoo of a pine tree — it's where one would find his pulse. Behind his left ear is a small flower, but rather than the typical drawn leaf, there is a curved line, like a spiral, coming out from behind the petals.

Physical Mannerisms; Luke walks like he has all the time in the world. It's clear he's confident — if a little cocky. He's invincible. He portrays himself as knowing all the answers, and even knowing himself, when it's all merely a farce for a boy who doesn't know anything at all. There's always laughter in his step. Usually, he's wearing a smile on his face, but whether it's out of mirth is up for interpretation. He walks like a soldier would, back straight and with purposeful strides. His strides are always long and he always walks quickly.

When his hands are not occupied, he talks with them. He's consistently moving, never quite sitting still. He's itching for a fight and to run. When he does run, he's fast, never quite tiring as quickly as those who participate in track would.

But Luke does lay about with a lazy posture, becoming almost too relaxed in his environment. He's approachable, smile always warm to those who don't incite a slight pinch to his lips.

Verbal Mannerisms; Luke's tone is always bordering on sarcastic. Sometimes it appears as though he's not taking the conversation seriously or he's secretly laughing at the person he's conversing with. He's loud, a voice belonging to a commander — or head counsellor of a particular rowdy cabin. There's always a roughness to his voice, but it thickens when he's angry. He speaks fast, just as he moves, as being a son of Hermes means he's quick on his feet and an excellent communicator. Luke has no filter. He's American.

Fashion; Luke's constantly wearing his black converse shoes with fluttering wings on the side. He takes to denim jeans and nondescript shirts, but favours a maroon shirt with sleeves coming to his elbows. Sometimes he can be seen wearing a leather jacket. But Luke is never without his newly acquired boons — a necklace and a bracelet, the latter he wears on his right wrist to cover his pine tree tattoo.

Etc; Have some audio.

Lord Zuko

Height; Roughly 5'11". Still growing ...

Weight; 170-200lbs.

General Appearance; The first thing one will notice about Zuko is the scar over his left eye. It's large, it's ugly, and it's a burn mark. It's red and covers his eye and his ear.

Zuko's still pretty handsome. Standing at roughly 5'11", Zuko's tall, lanky, with dark, messy hair that's never quite tamed unless it's in a topknot. It's always in his face and is never gelled back. His golden eyes are a physical trait of the Fire Nation, along with his pale complexion.

He has a well-built physique; his hands are rough from handling swords for years.

Physical Mannerisms; Zuko walks with his back straight. He walks tall. He walks as though he's proud. His facial expressions always give him away; when he's uncertain, his mouth dips and it's clear he's uncomfortable within the moment. Despite being excellent at stealth and perhaps even acting, Zuko's an open book for those who like to read. He wears his heart on his sleeve as he does with his facial expressions.

When he's angry, his hands ball into fists and he grits his teeth. He's prone to tantrums — throwing himself in some manner upon the floor or gripping his own hair in frustration. Anger rules Zuko — or perhaps he truly rules his anger. His expression is always one of displeasure, never quite finding amusement. Getting him to smile is like trying to get blood from a stone — almost impossible. He's always frowning, either in frustration or concentration. When he does smile, everything about him seems lighter and brighter.

When he's bending, his movements are fluid (unlike the usual stilted and militaristic jabs firebenders are taught to move like), like that of waterbender or a dancer. He's agile, quick, and has quite a bit of stamina — he's durable and strong. He can cut a spear from the air with a swift kick. He's fantastic at parkour. He knows his body and is confident in that, even if he appears to have no confidence whatsoever in himself.

As he's a firebender, he runs a little hot. Most of the time, it appears as though Zuko wishes to be small and unseen, but he can command the attention of those in a room with his mere presence.

Verbal Mannerisms; Zuko's voice appears smoky and soft, but he's loud when he wants to be heard. He goes into meta tangents about himself, and often speaks of things before he realises he's said them aloud. He lacks a filter, as he seems to think as he speaks. He's well-educated and comes across as very articulate, even if he sometimes can't quite find the words he wishes to use — especially when impersonating Uncle Iroh and repeating his advice to others. His impressions aren't that bad, either, even if his voice can use a little work.

He always seems to take things seriously. It's as though he's always uncomfortable. But Zuko's voice can be filled with warmth and laughter when he's amused. He's not all stone and fire all the time.

He's a prince (or Fire Lord, but appears more comfortable being called Prince Zuko). His tone can go from soft to sharp within moments. He's a Fire Lord, meaning he commands the attention of those in the room with the mere boom of his voice or a mere step of his foot.

Fashion; Zuko wears the gear he had been wearing before he appeared in Drabwurld. A red tunic and pants with a gold sash. He favours red and seems to only wear that, but he does favour greens and earthy browns from his time in the Earth Kingdom. He wears comfortable and hard boots, and when he's with his swords, he wears a sheath.

He doesn't wear a hat nor a royal headpiece, and very rarely wears his hair in a topknot.

Etc; Have his voice.

metalica: ERIK NO / ooc (068)

[personal profile] metalica 2014-08-26 12:58 am (UTC)(link)
Erik Lehnsherr / Magneto
Height; 6'1"
Weight; 79kg

General Appearance; Erik is a tall, gangly sort of man; he has long legs and long arms and seems, at times, to be a little stretched out. That lends itself to the flatness of his body with a set of trim hips and a flat stomach kept in shape through training. His face is sharp with an almost boxy jawline and angled features. His hair is kept short, even on each side, and he's always freshly shaved and smooth skinned. Erik is, generally, a handsome looking man that takes good care of his appearance because he understands how appearances can be important in the games that he plays as he tries to save his kind.

Physical Mannerisms; Erik carries himself with the confidence of a man that can, quite literally, manipulate the world around him. He is confident, cocky, almost, sure footed and walks with an almost swagger - each stride is purposeful and long. He doesn't shy from eye contact and it takes a lot to make him nervous; he'll hold his ground for as long as he needs to. Laughter isn't his forte and most of his laughs will be short, sharp little things that tumble out of his mouth as more of sarcasm than anything else; he doesn't smile often and, when he does, you know something bad is about to happen. Generally, Erik stands with his arms crossed or his hands in his pockets -- he doesn't welcome conversation or interaction and his body language is a constant barrier against that.

Verbal Mannerisms; With a low, deep voice and a slight twist to his words it's obvious that Erik has heritage in Europe; while he has lost some of his natural twang some of his childhood accent still remains. He doesn't raise his voice often, prefering to use the power of his voice and the words he has on his tongue to show just what he means to say and express everything without hesitation. In standard conversation Erik's voice would be even, not too loud but deep enough to stand out in a crowd.

Fashion; Fashion isn't exactly Magneto's strong suit, given the fact that he leans towards magenta, fushcia and pink clothes for his outfits. As a rule, though, he dresses simply and cleanly; turtlenecks, long, sharp trousers, dress shoes, unless he is in his Magneto guide. Then it's capes, body armour and his telepathy blocking helmet -- that comes in both traditional steel, rusted metal and, of course, pink and purple. He's not the kind of man to dress himself in fancy clothes or go out of his way to take too much care in his appearance, fashion-wise. He likes clothes that fit, that cover his body (especially his arm) and keep him covered from head to toe.

Etc; this is important.

Zelos Wilder
Height; 5'10" [179cm]
Weight; 150lbs [68kg]
General Appearance; Zelos is canonically extremely good looking for a human. Pale flawless skin, toned muscles, average height, average weight, violet-blue eyes, long wild and curly red hair - physically you'll be hard pressed to find flaws. This is actually due to the fact he's product of a 4,000 year old eugenics/genetics project, so it's pretty much 100% unnatural he looks that good. Whether or not a character actually finds him attractive is up to a characters' own tastes (and I'm really not interested in forcing people to find my character hot since that is very subjective!)- but if one looked up what humans biologically tend to find beautiful, he'd nail it.

Besides the unnatural good looks, it should be noted that while he's 24- he looks closer to 18-21 (canon is vague if it's immortality from his powers or just unintentional character design). Zelos has no scars or tattoos- but he does have a red crystal lined with gold jewerly nailed to his chest. If you look close enough it seems to close, and that glow seems to get brighter when he's using strong magics. He also has a pair of golden wings (see the picture), but most of the time he keeps those hidden.

Physical Mannerisms; Zelos is a Noble. When he walks into a room, it's like he owns it. Overall though he has a very laid back/apathetic air to him. Zelos moves mostly with grace, though he has moments of total clumsiness that usually ends in something getting broken or hurt. He uses hand gestures, but unless he's being overdramatic or emphasizing a point- it's a very unenergetic hand gestures (wave of his hand, rubbing of his neck). If he's goofing off, it's the opposite and his gestures completely overdone and energetic. When he's feeling defensive or vulnerable, he crosses his arms over his chest. It's said that he usually tries to keep up a passive smile or smirk when he's around people (though his real smiles are much much rarer), but when he thinks no one's paying attention- it's usually a neutral face or frown. In a crowd, unless he has something to say, he'll usually opt to hanging around the back and observing the situation.

Verbal Mannerisms; Like his apathetic air, Zelos's tone tends to be a calm and collected one that usually edges closer to apathy or sarcasm. Over the past couple years, he has grown to show more emotion in his tone! But mostly, unless you get him to feel a strong emotion (surprise, anger, etc), he tends to speak in a laid back tone. His voice is a bit on the deep side, though when he's goofing off it gets higher pitched, deeper when he's brooding, and louder when he gets excited. He speaks casually, but there's plenty of advanced vocab and proper grammar to show he's had a good education. He's either extremely blunt, or too vague depending on the topic- which tends to make for a lot of misunderstandings and offense. He's...trying to work on that. ITS A WORK IN PROGRESS OKAY.

Fashion;Zelos is hella loaded and it shows. His clothes tend to be pretty expensive, although more on the practical side. He doesn't wear too much jewelry (because there's a crystal NAILED TO HIS CHEST), but he totally feels most at home in an expensive outfit. He's well groomed too, and very careful about his appearance. He'll wear a wide range of colors and styles- from neutral colors to greens to pink. Also he seems to have little shame in how much skin he shows, so you might catch him in anything from modest to plenty of skin (the vest zipper is actually open in canon) to my god please put on some clothes. Though in Eachdraidh he might start wearing stuff that more covers his crystal because you know, it'd suck if someone mistook that for a Shard.

Etc; Really after linking the thong picture I think I'm good with torturing you guys.

( KORRA. )

[personal profile] sangilak 2014-08-26 01:07 am (UTC)(link)
KORRA ( 柯拉 )

HEIGHT; canonly 5'7
WEIGHT; excuse.

GENERAL APPEARANCE;
Tall and proportionate, Korra is an athletically built woman without an ounce of extra bodyfat on her; she is cut. She has dark brown hair and skin, and her eyes are a bright, Water Tribe blue. Her hair is normally kept in three wolf tails, but when it gets knocked out, you know she means business. While not conventionally gorgeous like Asami, Korra does have her own spunky charm about her facial features with slim eyebrows, a pixie nose, and a slim mouth that always seems to be twisted into a smirk — and if there's one thing that can be said about her face is that it is expressive. Since she is so in touch with her emotions, Korra's face is the canvas for her feelings, ranging from cocky to over-the-top surprise, and even volatile anger. Despite her penchant for getting into fights, Korra has very few scars on her body due to the fact that she's a competent healer with her bending.

PHYSICAL MANNERISMS;
Korra disposition is fiery and confident and this translates to her body language: often seen with her shoulders squared and her chin tipped back, Korra is the very picture of self-assured. Her steps are heavy and while her boisterous personality might seem to lend itself to having Korra move in a slightly heavy-handed manner, she's quite graceful, always aware of her body and capable of being in complete control of herself physically. She is perfectly capable of going from completely relaxed (standing with her hands on her hips) to battle-ready in a manner of seconds, and she's definitely not the kind of opponent you want to take on (video clip) lightly. She is unbound in her physicality, leaping in excitement or lashing out when she's upset and in fact she's so well-known for it that whenever she becomes withdrawn in upon herself, something has gone very wrong.

VERBAL MANNERISMS;
Korra's voice is a bit deeper than usual, but much like the rest of her, it's incredibly expressive. She punctuates her words (video clip) with hand movements and tips of her head, illustrating herself to make sure she drives her point home. She delivers her words clearly and (you guessed it) with confidence, unless of course, someone catches her off-guard, or when she's making a poor attempt at being suave to the object of her affection. Only then does she start to stutter and lose the natural bite to her tone. There's no such thing as "subtlety" to Korra's delivery, and it extends to her verbal tics as well. And even though she's not a city chick, she knows a fair amount of 20s slang, thrown in for punctuation and texture.

FASHION;
Straight out of the 1920s, the Avatar dresses herself in anything form-fitting and allows her ease of motion. Dresses? Forget about it — pants are the name of the game here, as there's less fabric to get twisted around her legs. And sleeves? Forget about it. Korra lives to put on the gun show, and there's nothing covering them up save for her one water tribe band. Korra doesn't bother with adornments like jewelry — in her eyes, they're just more things for her opponents to grab — so the only things she bothers to wear in addition to her armband are the clips to hold her wolftails. Blues and browns are the usual colors she can be seen in, unless it's for something important like her airbending training where she is required to wear the traditional orange and red airbender robes. For most of her time in Eachdraidh, Korra could be found in her winter outfit (on the right), but now after heading to the Station she has several sporty outfits to her name.

Hermione Granger
Height; 5'4"
Weight; Around 50kg.
General Appearance; With big, bushy brown hair and bright eyes Hermione is a little difficult to miss in a crown. While her hair is her most noticible feature it has calmed down since she was a young girl, relaxing into more curled waves than anything else. While she doesn't have many obvious scars she does have a bright red set of letters on her forearm (m u d b l o o d) and, during summer or bright days, has freckles decorating her nose and cheeks. Naturally, Hermione tends to have a more pensive expression on her face, generally found deep in thought or reading.

Physical Mannerisms; Still a little shy, she sometimes carries herself with a bowed head - but, due to the things she's been through in the more recent years of her life, has started to carry herself with more strength and determination. Hermione is prone to holding people's hands for comfort, to grabbing them and allowing herself that form of weakness, as if making sure they're really there, at her side, to offer her some kind of courage. She also covers her mouth when she laughs and tends to have a hard time keeping her hair out of her face, forcing her to push it out of her eyes more often than not. When she's nervous or irritated she has a habit of pursing her lips and crossing her arms to show off just how out of her comfort zone she really is.

Verbal Mannerisms; Hermione's voice is soft with a gentle English accent; she sometimes sounds more on the 'posh' side of things thanks to her educated upbringing. Generally speaking (hah) Hermione's voice is low and even but when she's angry or particularly upset it tends to enter shrill territory, much to the upset of her friends. As a rule, however, Hermione's voice is soft - when she is being particularly careful she might lower it a little and when she's offering comfort she'll be even softer. She doesn't shout often, only when she has to or when someone is in danger, and most of her irritation comes out in glares and sharp words rather than loudness.

Fashion; Hermione wears comfortable, fitting clothing. She doesn't have much appreciation for fashion or style; she wants to wear clothes that won't hinder her or get in the way. This is why she finds herself most comfortable in jeans and casual trousers, alongside loose fitting shirts, vests and camis - anything that'll fit comfortable and do their intended purpose. Short sleeves in summer, long sleeves in winter, scarves and jackets where necessary. Hermione doesn't waste a lot of time on 'looking good' or keeping up to date with fashion; she would much rather use her money on books.

Renly Baratheon
Height; 5'9"
Weight; 65kg(ish)
General Appearance; While not as tall or as large as his brothers Renly still strikes a noticible figure; with a well-kept beard, dark hair and bright eyes he is a handsome sort, well fit for both his position as Lord and as a King. He is more lithe than his brothers, trained to be a knight before a lord, and keeps himself in good shape - he has never been one to indulge in feasts or wine. He isn't particularly stern, either, enjoying a relaxed approach to both people and life - gentle smiles are the more likely thing to recieve from Renly rather than a glower or a fat, waved hand. He is the soft sunshine to his brother's twilight and angry, jealous moon. (In the books Renly is a little stronger looking, with a sharper gaze and long hair, clean shaven and incredibly handsome).

Physical Mannerisms; Renly holds himself with high regard and that's a little obvious in how he acts. He isn't arrogant, exactly, but he is proud of himself and his heritage and he never lets anyone look down on him. He keeps his head held high, a soft smile on his lips and a kindness for everyone around him. When he speaks he often moves his fingers or his hands - though not in a figety way, more to accent his words.

Verbal Mannerisms; Well educated and raised as a child lord, Renly speaks well and with care, using his words with precise caution. For the most part he speaks to everyone with the same kind of casual, careful politeness, save those he is particularly close to - those recieve his barbed words, careful jokes and easy jibes. When Renly pokes fun at you it is easy to follow him and laugh along simply because of the jovial nature of his speech and the careful way he picks out things to jest about.

Fashion; Renly is extremely careful and extravigant when it comes to his dress. He enjoys fine silks, often in golds, greens and blacks, the colours of his house, and will spend good money on the finest of fabrics and fashions. He enjoys indulging himself in good clothing - he doesn't share his brother's fondness for women and wine and, instead, allows himself his singular vice. He dresses himself with care, both to impress and show off a little, and can generally be seen wearing green more than anything else. His armour, too, is a set tinged with greens that show off his house; everything he wears is carefully made, swen and considered, all his clothing made for the express purpose of pleasing him and showing his proud nature to the rest of the world.

Spike
Height; 5'9
Weight; About 160 lbs

General Appearance; As described by Xander, "Spike is strong and mysterious and sort of compact, but well muscled." In his former life, Spike was no one particularly remarkable. But as a vampire Spike carries a certain kind of confidence that comes across in the way he looks. He keeps his hair bleached to a platinum blonde which he keeps combed back. Among his more notable features are his pronounced cheekbones. His left eyebrow bears a scar that he gained from fighting his first Slayer. When going into full vampire mode, his face morphs into a more monstrous visage. This is his true demon face that is used when vampires feed on humans, as otherwise their fangs are hidden by their human faces. Of late, Spike does not use the face as often and generally prefers to keep it hidden, as he finds it ruins the mystery.

Physical Mannerisms; Spike is utterly confident and will walk into a room with a sort of smug expression like he knows he's the baddest person in the room. There's a predatory nature about him as he looks from one person to another like they might be his next meal. And so he carries himself like he's the toughest, most brazen jackass to be found. There's not much to be found in his demeanor that makes him seem friendly or in the mood for a good chat. This of course changes for those few he truly cares about, in which case he can be seen as gentle and understanding.

Verbal Mannerisms; He speaks in a crude working class North London accent that tends to be peppered with his favorite word: bloody. There's a predatory nature to the way he talks, as if he's always trying to get the better of someone. He's blunt and to the point, though not above sarcasm as it suits him. He's boastful and always fixing for a fight. He tends to give different names of affection to women as he talks to them such as 'nibblet', 'love', 'bird', and so on. He's otherwise very articulate and possesses a wider vocabulary than he generally demonstrates.

Fashion; Spike is a creature of darkness and so dresses accordingly. Aside from his bleached blonde hair, he tends to go with the fashion of the era. These days Spike can rarely be found outside his black, leather longcoat that acts as a kind of defining trait for him. Beneath he often wears darker colors, usually more black or sometimes red. In this fairy land his clothes are more period appropriate, though he hasn't rid himself of the coat.

Saralegui

Height; 5'7"
Weight; 110 lbs.

General Appearance; Saralegui is described several times as extremely pretty by the (very insistently straight male) protagonist. He has a thin, delicate build and a feminine face, with long pale blond hair and gold eyes. Of course, you can blame most of his ethereal good looks on his not being entirely human (not that he knows that little detail just yet). But his nails being perfectly manicured is entirely his own fault.

Physical Mannerisms; A king raised in palaces from birth, he's got all the poise and grace you'd expect. He's perfected a sort of approachable regality, confident and self-assured without any of the stiffness or distance that might drive others away.

Verbal Mannerisms; His voice actor is Ishida Akira, if that tells you anything. Saralegui is an excellent public speaker, never stammering or mumbling or stumbling over words, but the way he speaks changes with the situation, whether he wants to appear warm and friendly or vulnerable and sympathetic or whatever. He's a skilled actor with a lot of experience in playing whatever part is necessary to get what he wants, but when all that is stripped away and he's speaking to someone he's genuine with -- no one but his guard right now, to be honest -- he's got a confident, teasing, sometimes slightly condescending manner.

Fashion; He likes layering with loose, flowing fabrics, belted around the hips or with a sash, and usually with bell sleeves and boots. The fabric colors tend towards simple neutrals with jewel tones for more formal affairs. More used to cold weather and stuffy nobility, he generally always wears long sleeves and pants under looser robes and skirt-like things. His boots have a bit of a heel to them, perhaps to help give him the height to stand among the older circles he tends to run in back home. He wears a pair of lavender-tinted glasses at all times, except when he's sleeping or using his hypnotic abilities.

Etc; Have some actually decent animation from the OVAs with Sara's voice and an excellent Evangelion reference around 1:30.

Jason Grace

Height; 6'1"
Weight; 177 lbs.

General Appearance; Jason is all all-American as it can get, all blond and blue-eyed and built like a typical high school jock. His hair used to be kept in a military-esque crew cut, but it's been growing out for the last year or so, and he honestly prefers it this way, a bit messy and windswept-looking. There's a little scar at the corner of his lips from a tragic accident involving a stapler when he was two, and any number of other faint scars from a lifetime of fighting and training with sharp weapons and monsters. The tattoo on his left forearm is a mark of his service to the Roman legion -- the letters SPQR, with an eagle (the symbol of his father, Jupiter), and twelve lines to tally the twelve years he spent in the legion.

Physical Mannerisms; The way Jason holds himself is very much a product of his position at Camp Jupiter and his status as a son of Jupiter. Never one to disappoint anyone, he'd always tried to live up to all expectations of how he was supposed to act and what he was supposed to be like. As a result, he's got a confident and ready stance with efficient movements. At times it can seem just ever so slightly off, uncertain as he still is with basically everything about himself, but it's an awkwardness he hides well. The only times he seems completely at ease are when he's in the air, and there he loosens up a great deal.

Verbal Mannerisms; Jason has a somewhat stern tone at times from his years as praetor that he hasn't quite managed to shake. He tends towards authoritative and stiff when he's unsure of how to act, but these days he's aiming for something friendlier and more casual. And for all the soldier-esque mannerisms he's had pounded into him, he still manages to sound like a huge dork sometimes, saying the word "dude" unironically and using lame demigod cursing like "holy Romulus". That is an actual thing he's said, yes.

Fashion; Here, he's been stuck with a lot of tunics and other vaguely-medieval fantasywear (all of it blue thanks to the fairies), but he normally prefers just simple jeans and t-shirts. Given the choice, he'd live in the orange and purple shirts from Camp Half-Blood and Camp Jupiter. The only accessory he wears in a leather cord with a single bead commemorating his year at the Greek camp.

Etc; Okay so there are no good Jason-specific videos so just have one of Viria's HOO tributes.

ITS OKAY, they never really say it straightforward in canon beyond "it's directly attached to the skin". Buuut if you look at his character model in HQ graphics, or in official images like this one (and yeah it's a goofy image but shhh).

It's nailed onto his sternum with real nails. 8Db
