She had tried to be a good ruler for her people, but there were those throughout the galaxy that did not give such considerations.]

You have the right of it, I think - it speaks ill that so many come on vague promises and pleas, and in the opposing court they say they are not asked at all, only taken. Hardly a good initial impression.

[A curious expression. Thinking in greater terms like planets and galaxies and not cities or towns. Then again, the galaxy is a very large place and she knows but a handful of it- not even that.]

Planet? [ He shakes his head ] Oh no, lady! Gondor is my home - the lands that gave me birth. If I understand Master Solo's lessons a-right, my planet would be... Arda, I think? Your pardon but I have had little exposure to such terms until now.

I would agree with you lady - I am a warrior, for that is what my country and my people required of me, but I fight only for their sake, and love not the blade beyond its use. It sits ill to know so little of the cause for which we are coaxed, even tricked, perhaps, here.

[Whether before or after his arrival... They hadn’t been the nicest when they had persuaded Padmé to come. Aside from a few bumps and bruises though, she is fine.]

Alas no - I recall only stepping through the ring the faeries coaxed me through before great weariness overcame me. I woke near a month later in the Seelie Castle. Why they chose that method I do not know.

... you were coaxed? [Unless one called being placed in a bag and taken as being coaxed, Padmé's experience has been nothing like that. Then again, perhaps they knew coaxing would be hard? She just doesn't know.]

It has been something that my people and the people within the universe around have been doing for years beyond count. No doubt we all started out the same though, looking to the stars, and dreaming.
