As a note, please remember the following:
- There will be no new shardbearers, no monthly events (and perforce no boons). Monarch contact will be limited to include shardbearers highly ranked within their court.
- Fairy rings will be inoperable. Powers, abilities, and boons may be used to allow for fast-travel. Otherwise, characters must hoof it to where they wish to go.
- Lockets will not work. Characters would need traditional means to keep in touch, or need to fashion (or purchase) their own alternative means of magical communication. These alternative devices can be used on the network alongside lockets, and can be fashioned to interact with lockets.
- Border violence will be the norm. Small incursions and raids into enemy territory will be frequent. Unseelie in Seelie territory, and vice versa, will be hunted by patrols/town guards/etc. NPC guards may unexpectedly drop into threads where characters are in enemy territory.
- Boons all perform to their original specifications. None are depowered or vanished, though all would show the signs of age as appropriate for the passage of time.
- Influence and quests would continue to be given and rewarded as normal (one quest per player per ooc month), for our OOC sanity. PCs who are able to give quests are encouraged to have an expanded docket of them at the ready.

General overview of recent events: Lemina arrived and immediately was thrust into the war effort. She took up Saber’s offer to fight beside her on the frontlines and was shot by an arrow in the second wave. She’s still recovering but managed to make it to the Station for the Jabberwhelp’s death. She is now more focused than ever in opening the Magic Guild to teach magic.
Recent open threads/posts: Post Jabberwhelp death! In addition Hiro will be making a post about the Magic Guild towards the end of the month that Lemina will be answering comments in as well.

Who are your characters known associates/friends/enemies?: Hiro and Lumina are official members of the Guild. Rin is her rival-friend and Saber is someone she admires.
What notable events has my character been a part of?: She was on the frontlines of the recent fight in both frontline battles and could have been found in the Jabberwhelp aftermath being a bit cynical about things.
(Unless you’re Hiro and then she turns dorky)What can other characters easily ICly learn about your character?: That she’s a skilled magician and plans to open the Magic Guild here for others to learn magic as well! You can find information on magic people can learn and classes they’ll be able to take from here here! In addition she talks a lot about Vane and the glory of the floating city and the goddess Althena. Also that she loves money. But magic > money.
What information is limited to specific CR?: Her feelings of worthlessness, her confusion over kindness and some of her deeper cynicism about people.
What information is my character willing to share/can be readily discovered if another works to uncover it?: Pretty much anything about her life, family, the history of Lunar and her friends.

1. Does she teach Seelie as well, or just Unseelie?
2. Can she teach magic to regular old Joe Blows like Castle who come from a place where magic doesn't exist? Does he need to have some kind of prerequisite?

2) The way magic works in Lunar is that most people are born with some talent for it, even if they're considered normal humans, and Lunar is technically a post-apocalypse future. thing. of earth so it's entirely likely people from earth or other places could have latent magical talent as far as the way Lunar magical talent works. at least that's the assumption I'm working on since it makes the most sense from the background of the story. (tldr it says humans and magical beings were able to coexist and learn from each other)

If Castle is able, he will definitely want to learn magic. In his impracticality he would probably want to learn something like "Accio" from Harry Potter so it can enable his laziness, but what he really needs to learn is some basic offensive and defensive magic. He's going to be working as a private investigator which means he that he could most definitely get himself into dangerous situations. And he's neither a young man anymore nor can he have a gun here, so he's going to need some other way of dealing with people if they mess with him.

But yeah she knows different types of magic and you can look at them here in the comments but offensive and some defensive magic is what she specializes in. She mostly teaches offensive but if he expresses interest in defensive she'll bring that out too! (She's totally a "the best defense is a good offense" type.)
Hiro is going to be doing a post about the Magic Guild soon if you want him to learn that way! If not we can arrange something since she'll be putting up flyers all over neutral areas too like the Station.

I threw in a comment. I'm sorry she's a mash up of everything, she's pretty much latched onto every bit of magic she can learn here since arriving. It's kind of hard to list out specifically her limitations, but I tried to keep it as short as possible.
It'd be better if it was a "come to her" kind of teaching role, but she's not opposed to showing up for meetings if necessary. While she'd prefer a council-like position, I know her... tendency to get along with others might hamper her chances at it, so I'm open to whatever provided it doesn't outright offend her.
If that happens, she'd just take Lemina out CRIES I'M SORRY SHE'S A BRAT
