[ he leans forward, intent on thieving her own. ] What's yours say? Tall? Ruggedly handsome? Sea green eyes and a wand he knows how put to good use?

[ his face scrunches up. he falls back in his chair, slumping, clearly disappointed. ] Damn the gods. Always knew my good looks wouldn't win me the girl in the end.

Maybe you can try some books, or a nice bunch of flowers?

[ his nose scrunches, a nah evident in his tone. ] They don't really print things in Greek anymore. I'd rather a girl read to me as I steal her some flowers from the neighbour's yard.

Can't you just buy them? Or grow them? Why does it have to be stealing, Luke?

You do read, right? [ he points to himself. ] Dad's the god of stealing things. Sort of sounds a little better when you describe the monster you fought to get a girl you like a flower that's not as beaten up as you.
