Peter Pevensie | The Chronicles of Narnia
It is nothing like the bright blues and greens of the Telmarines’ new (old) home, nor like the hard grey of the train station they are meant to return to. It certainly isn’t Narnia, though this place does have its own type of wild beauty.
The feel of magic permeates everything here, in a way that makes him feel wary, especially since it seems he has arrived unaccompanied. Of course he would rather his siblings stayed safe, especially if this isn’t the will of Aslan (for surely he would have sent them together elsewhere and not have said it was time for them to return to England), but there certainly is a comfort in facing the unknown with them.
Peter looks around surreptitiously, seemingly at ease despite the alertness in his eyes, occasionally stopping a passerby.]
Pardon me, have you seen a boy and two girls wearing similar garb to mine?
[The trained eye would note the hand held casually by the hilt of his sword as he kept a careful distance from the food.]
no subject
I have not. [Internally, his system looks over the weapon, noting its position and the hand hovering close by. Clearly, it is a familiar weapon, one which could do serious damage, if not to him, than to the other people at the feast. He remembers what the T-1000 could do with its limbs. His red eye pulses a little as it recognizes a potential threat. He's going to be keeping an eye on Peter.]
no subject
By Aslan's mane, you ought to see a healer!
[His arms are raised on instinct, as if to catch the injured man (?) if he fell.
He isn't sure what to make of the glowing red eye or the exposed bits of metal. Certainly this person isn't human, perhaps of magical origin, though Peter has never seen such a being. In a strange way, he is reminded of his original world, though he doesn't really consider the thought since nothing is so advanced from there.]
no subject
In a way that would be described as absent-minded on a human being, he reaches up, lightly feeling along the hole that currently is occupying his chest. His systems keep trying to find a way to reroute power around it. It's looks bad, but-- wait, no, he's never been through worse. He seeks to find a way to reassure the boy, despite the weapon he carries. Scanning his systems, he comes up with a suitable tone of voice.]
Most of my injuries will heal by themselves, with time.
no subject
Those wounds are surely life threatening, and yet, the other stands. Perhaps it isn't as terrible as it looks from his human perspective?
But even so, Peter will try insisting the other get his injuries looked at.]
I have heard the best of men and beast speak as such, but even they at times have need of aid. Perhaps whatever does not fall under "most" ought to be treated.

Peter. It's all right, we're all together. Edmund and Lucy are around here somewhere.
no subject
Su! Su, you're all right!
[It's almost like a visible burden has been lifted from his shoulders when he hears about their younger siblings, though confusion is clear when he doesn't see them around.]
Where are they?
[He has no doubt in Susan's words, but there's something to be said about seeing them with his own eyes.]
no subject
[this is weird and illogical. She is confused]
no subject
[Joking aside, he certainly can't stop worrying, not with the way they all likely arrived (kidnapped by little imps and fairies of all things!), and the fact that they came separately. It doesn't seem right.]
That is a bit queer, isn't it? Is her height the only thing that has changed? Nothing's the matter otherwise?
[There's a pause as he mulls over whether he wants to give voice to his thoughts. The last time he doubted...]
Su...Do you think we have been sent here by Aslan?

I should hope so, considering I'm standing right next to you.
[Now that he's found Peter, something in him relaxes. All of his siblings are here. He sees with his own eyes that they are safe, and yet for how much longer? Perhaps it would have been better if Peter and Lucy had made it to England after all.]
no subject
Ed, you twit! How long have you been watching? Honestly, didn't think to put me out of my misery, did you?
no subject
It isn't often we see you at a loss. I had wondered how long it would take you to find the rest of us.
no subject
Goodness, are you lot playing hide and seek with me whilst I stand here none the wiser?
no subject
When someone speaks to him, he recognizes the young man right away, even if the other is a bit preoccupied. He answers the question with a smile.]
Hello, King Peter. And no, I haven't. Not yet, at least.
no subject
[A bright smile spreads across his face. He hadn't ever expected to see Caspian again, so it makes the meeting all the more welcome, even if they saw each other not too long ago. It is, however, very strange that they both ended up here.
He extends his arm, intending to clasp Caspian's in greeting.]
It is good to see you, though I admit to not expecting your presence here. I do wonder if my siblings have not arrived yet, strange as the thought is. How long have you been here?
[ooc: Sorry for the lateness/slowness. Chrome's been acting up and making tagging impossible at times. ;; ]
no subject
I haven't been here very long at all. I was... pulled here shortly after the four of you left. Have you been here long yourself?
[He doesn't think so - Peter looks exactly the same as when Caspian last saw him. Still there is magic in the air, and it's good to make certain.]
And I'm glad to see you as well, Peter. Shall I join you in searching for the others?
((no worries! :D))
no subject
Likely the same as you. I had just spoken my farewells. [For a brief moment there is a solemnness to his smile, and then it pulls down into a frown.] I do wonder what kind of magic can bring both of us here.
[It obviously isn't the door since Caspian is here and none of his siblings are in sight.]
I would welcome you gladly. Perhaps we ought to keep a look out for all manner of Narnians?
[Since this doesn't seem like the typical world jumping.]
[ooc: ♥!]

Dean's not intimidated by the sword, he knows how to talk his way out of bad situations and as far as this one went the guy was just as lost as him. They had no reason to fight each other.]
I think I'd remember if I saw somebody else wearing that get up.
wow what is with that face, deano.
Peter isn't sure what to make of the other man's demeanor or his clothing, only that Dean is likely as foreign to this place as he is.]
I see.
[Disappointment flits across his face for a second, only to replaced with a smile.]
Thank you. Are you looking for anyone as well?
[There's no reason for both of them to be disappointed if it can be prevented.]
nuttin. ;)
[He's not 100% on whether or not he can trust this kid, but he seems innocent enough and he's stuck here just like him. So, that's something.]
My brother. He's about yea high and has a boy band hairdo.
[Dean gestures a few inches over his own head with his hand and then drops that hand with an amused look on his face.]
Actually his hair's kinda close to yours. Just darker.
>:T
Boy band...? Oh! I see.
Shall I assume he is dressed similarly to you?

I've see many people like you and me.
[His gaze slides to Peter's sword and then very slowly back up, taking stock and cataloguing. It would seem almost indecent if not for the tauntness of France's own mien.]
You'll have to be more specific.
no subject
He smiles openly anyway, finding no reason to do otherwise. The scrutinising isn't unusual, for he's far too used to such things from first arriving in Narnia, and then becoming one of her rulers.]
I thought it wouldn't do to overwhelm people with details, if they haven't seen this type of garb all ready. [Narnian clothing is distinct in itself, he thinks, and so far, he's seen none wear it.] I suppose it isn't very specific for those unfamiliar. My apologies.
no subject
No offence taken, good sir. I have travelled much in my life and seen much odd and memorable dress. Would your companions also carry shield or sword?
[His eyes flick to the lion's head that is the pommel of Peter's sword and then back to his Peter's face. There's a faint teasing there as if to say that France is not about to be overwhelmed by a spot of detail.]
no subject
Then it is fortunate for me to make your acquaintance. My name is Peter.
My younger brother is likely carry a sword of similar make to mine--[He describes his siblings' manner of dress, as well as their appearances, using a hand to indicate how tall each of them are.]
